Thank you for providing a link to about 50 facial pictures for east asian people belonging to various Y-DNA Haplogroups!

My guess is that one's look has more to do with autosomes. Because most east asian people are mixed, it will be hard to associate each particular kind of look with a Y-Haplogroup.

By the way, 23andMe is investigating some prominant facial features. For cheek dimple, widow's peak, detached earlobe, cleft chin, and unibrow, they found 9, 12, 32, 38, and 56 relavent markers, respectively.
